Whistleblowing
Pursuant to Act XXV of 2023 on complaints, public interest disclosures, and rules relating to whistleblowing, as of 17 December 2023 it is possible to report any unlawful act or omission, or suspicion thereof, or any other irregularity in connection with the Company's operations or activities.
Reports may be submitted by persons entitled to do so under the Act, in particular current, future (whose recruitment process is in progress) and former employees, interns, owners, managing directors and members of the supervisory board of the Company, as well as contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and agents providing services to the Company.
